Sometimes, the best place for the perfect (business) lunch or dinner is your own dining room or garden. The right ambiance in a trusted environment with your personal touch. My personal chef service provides you with a professional culinary experience directly from your own location.
Your wishes are not bound by restaurant or catering formulas and you have complete control over the menu and serving style. From an informally served gourmet tasting menu for your private dinner party to a classic French 3 course lunch served at your impeccably dressed table: it’s up to you!
APPROACH
I propose a menu based on your preferences. I will buy ingredients from local organic farmers and the best suppliers from sustainable sources. A few hours before your event kicks off, I arrive at your place to finalise preparations. During your event, I will prepare the dishes in your kitchen and serve them as you please: from very discrete to not disturb your guests to a full presentation of the ingredients and their preparation. By the time the last course is served, I will clean-up your kitchen.
BUSINESS LUNCH OR DINNER
A culinary treat for your business partners served discretely in your meeting room. Enjoy a top notch lunch experience without waisting time on travel or waiting for service at a restaurant. You have your own chef when you need him. Even if you do not have a kitchen on the premises, the perfect lunch or dinner can come by delivery and ready to serve. A simple pantry with an electric socket and a sink suffice. Use of tableware, cutlery and crockery are all included in my service.
